Woodshelf is provided free of charge as a beta. By installing it you agree to the following, together with Apple's TestFlight terms.
What Woodshelf is
Woodshelf is a player for audiobooks held on an Audiobookshelf server that you have permission to use. It does not supply, sell or host audiobooks, and it does not store your content on any server of ours.
Your content and your server
You are responsible for the server you connect to and for having the right to listen to the books on it. Woodshelf stores copies of books on your phone only when you ask it to download or cache them, and only for playback in the app.
Beta software
This is pre-release software. It may contain faults, builds expire, and features may change or be removed without notice. We make no promise that it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woodshelf is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including loss of listening progress or downloaded files. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms or stop the beta at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using Woodshelf at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
